Microwave pack for the time indicated below. Heat for additional 5-10 seconds if required
Up to 800 Watt: 30 seconds
800 - 1000 Watt: 25 seconds
Do not overheat. Ensure pack can rotate in the microwave and is not touching the sides
Always test temperature before applying to your body
Heating longer than the recommended time may result in physical injury or damage to your microwave or pack
