In terms of the camera sd problem,we have added more detailed product description for the camera.Please insert the sd card,format the SD card before use the camera(in order to avoid system malfunction),the SD card is not included!Please press the camera MENU button,then use the ok button to format.If you can't use the camera to format, please put the memory card on the computer to format.
