INSTRUCTIONS - INSTANT TREE WITHIN 5 MINUTES: 1) It has a metal hollow pole made of three pieces, like a camping tent pole, that fits into a plastic stand with 4 feet/legs. 2) There is a small plastic circle cap at the point of the tree to connect to the top of the metal pole. 3) The tinsel tree is comparable to a sleeve. You just hang the tree by the center on the pole, and then slowly lower the tinsel loops until it reaches the ground. Congratulations!
