Troubleshooting Section

No sound is being picked up / cannot determine a difference to the regular mic
1) Ensure that the microphone is fully plugged-in and not impeded by a phone case
2) Ensure that the app you're using has the ability to detect external microphones
3) In most cases, the phone will disable the external mic during phone calls

Can't plug it in to the new iPhone
The new iPhones (7 and later), are manufactured without a 3.5mm jack. The microphone can still be utilized by using the lighting dongle which is included with the phone. Included with your purchase is a Movo dongle clip that secures the dongle to the iPhone creating a rigid and secure connection.
