INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Cold Compression - Place it in freezer for at least one hour prior to use
Hot Compression - Please place in microwave in 30 second intervals until reaching the required temperature.
WARNING Always use the provided cover when in use and always check the temperature to make sure it's at a comfortable level before using.
