Jacob White leads a pretty normal life. He has a job he loves, and when he’s not doing his job, he is a spelunker, going down caves to find hidden worlds and wondrous sights. He absolutely adores his life. Aside from a medical hiccup every now and then, there’s nothing wrong with his life. It’s, for lack of a better word, perfect.
Then, he finds a piece of something on one of his spelunking adventures. It’s nothing special, or so he thinks. As he races to find out what exactly he’s uncovered, he has to face his own feelings and those who would rather he didn’t know what was going on. It all leads him to one incredible adventure.
As he tries to wrap his head around what he’s found and what is going on, he finds himself engaging with a woman named Whitney. She takes charge and won’t take no for an answer. As much as he hates sharing what he finds with others, certain coincidences make him feel as though he has no choice. She won’t stop prying, and when one is in a cave, going down all by oneself is never a good idea.
As the government’s net continues to close in on Mr. White and Whitney, they must set aside their differences and lead a band of five through the hoops of escaping. Will the five strangers learn to set aside the differences that brought them together, or will they let their differences take over and get them captured?
