This allows the liner to seamlessly glide over the eye while grasping onto the powder, which provides ultra-pigmented, long-lasting color. After the eyeliner has been applied to your desired intensity, you have a 50-minute window to blend and shape the liner as desired. After 50 minutes, the product will fully set and remain in place for hours.
