3. Put it in your mouth, do not bite yet. Look into the mirror to align the center and the sides below your molars. Firmly bite down and strongly suck in to remove excess moisture. With teeth clenched, use your fingers to mold the soft, formable material up and down around the outside of your teeth and gums. Keep it in your mouth until it cools to body temperature (about 3 to 4 minutes).
You will achieve a comfortable fit after finishing the fitting process. If it is not a good fit the first time, try the whole boiling process again.
