DISCLAIMER: This hoop is not adjustable. Please be noticed that if your fabric is too thick or too stiff, the gap between the 2 rings maybe not big enough for your fabric. It can be applied to all kinds of clothes in regular thickness.
For your reference, we have tried to put Aida cloth inside this hoop. It works finally, but it takes a lot of strength to put it in. This hoop is little tight for Aida cloth.
