HOT THERAPY
Place the massage balls into a warm water bath (150 ℉）until desired temperature is achieved. Do not overheat.
The ball will remain warm for about 15 minutes.(do not use any other means to heat up the balls)
COLD THERAPY
Store the massage balls in a freezer or refrigerator until the desired temperature is achieved,gel will keep cool for approximately 20 minutes.
