How To Use:
Side-step-Put the Grippy Hip Bands around your legs above the knee and walk forward and backwards and side to side with long strides, one step at a time.
Squats-Put the Grippy Hip Bands around your legs above the knee, drive your knees out, maintain a neutral spine, and lower to complete your aligned squat. Feel your external rotators and glutes activate.
