Rigidizer for rigidizing ceramic fiber a.k.a. Ceramic Fiber Hardener, Ceramic Fiber Binding Agent, Ceramic Fiber Anti-Choking Agent, Ceramic Fiber Air Setting Agent, Hardening Agent, is used for increasing the surface hardness of any flexible thermal insulation or refractory product like ceramic fiber blanket. It can be easily applied by spraying, rolling, dipping, or brushing.

  • Erosion Resistance: Rigidizer increases surface erosion resistance for surfaces exposed to high velocity gases
  • Easy to Apply: Because of it low viscosity its application on ceramic fiber materials becomes very simple. It can be applied with brushing, spraying or dipping, It takes around 24 hours for curing post application (Don't keep the lid open when not in use for better preservation as it starts freezing when it comes in contact with air)
