Note:
*Turn on the red light with the frothing whisk makes hot milk froth, while the blue light is for cold froth; Turn on the red light with the heating whisk (the one without the stainless steel wire) makes hot milk, while the while the blue light is for cold froth
*Recommend to use whole milk.
*Please put milk less than 240 ml/8.10 oz. for heating and less than 115ml/ 3.90 oz. for frothing. Frozen milk (41-50℉) make foam better.
*Please take out of the frothing whisk and wipe the internal face and bottom with a wet cloth. After that, please add a small amount of water to rinse, then pour out.( Don't use the dishwasher to clean the appliance). If the above steps can't work, you can clean the milk filthy after using citrate brine to soak for 6 hours.
