The XXL Black Lava Rock from American Fireglass offers a high quality fire media for your gas fire feature. The naturally occuring lava stones are produced when volcanic lava reacts with cool ocean water and hardens to form a temperature resistant rock that makes a perfect enhancement for a gas fire pit or fireplace. The stones keep their naturally jagged shape for a classic appearance and the 10 pound bag includes rocks that range from 4-inch to 6-inch sizes to enhance your fire feature.
- EXTRA LARGE LAVA ROCKS: Our 3”-6” Lava Rock can be used on their own or as a filler in your fire feature. We recommend using lava rock as a filler if you have a deep fireplace or firepit. For a complete design, add fire glass on top to cover the fire rock thoroughly so it will not be detectable.
