Q: Why does the fake Ivy vine smell?
A: Our artificial ivy vine is made of plastic and silk fabric material,
and due to the larger sales, some products have to be shipped without ventilating,
so it is normal that there is a little smell of silky cloth and plastic. You can put
them in a ventilated place for a couple of days and they
will not do any harm to your body.

Q: How to clean and control the simulation ivy?
A: after a long time of placement, the ivy vine will accumulate dust. If with
less dust, you can use a hair dryer to clean up in cold wind state, or you can
also use a feather duster to flick on the surface; if with plenty of dust duo to
no cleaning for a long time or serious pollution, you can soak the vines in water with high concentrations of salt for 10 minutes, add a small amount of
detergent to clean, then they will be clean as new.
Note:
1. During the cleaning process, do not use your hands to scrub, to prevent
the leaves from falling or appearing jagged edges; please put it in reverse
to dry naturally and don’t put under the blazing sun for a long time. 2. It is not recommended to frequently wash in water, as the vines are easy
