1.Download the Hik-connect app on your Apple app store (iphone and ipad) or Google play (Android device)
2.Sign up an account and remember your password.
3.Plug the power adapter of this camera.(plug Ethernet cord if wire connection)
4. After it is ready, please log in your account, click "+" to add your wifi camera, scan the QR code and follow the steps from the camera to install your camera.
Please notice before you buy
1. The camera is only available to 2.4Ghz WIFI instead of 5Ghz WIFI. Please check WIFI frequency band of the WIFI router.
2. In order to make the WIFI camera online, please keep your WIFI/Ethernet network work normally.
3. Install this camera in outdoor environment is not recommended.
4. If you have any issue about WiFi connection, installation and etc., please contact us via Amazon Message;
