Diesel High Pressure Oil Pump "Non-Serviceable Plug"

If your High Pressure Oil pump is leaking from the bottom port, this kit is going to take care of your problem. This port is called the Non-Serviceable Port. It is most likely leaking because of the OEM short thread plug. TamerX has the repair plug that will even repair a plug that is completely stripped the original threads. TamerX has these plugs made to exact standards using 303 stainless steel. To service this plug we recomend removing the pump from vehicle. This will require the need for a new mounting gasket (TamerX Part# ISK795). On the 1999-2003 Models it will be easier to remove the fuel filter canister. This will require replacement of the four Vibro Loc seals (TamerX Part# ISK602).
