Uses
Inhale from bottle or dab beneath your nose. Use as needed when experiencing nasal congestion from cold, flu, allergies and/or chronic congestion.
How to Use Topically
1. Place your finger over open bottle.
2. Turn bottle to get just a touch on fingertip. (Be careful: bottle has a wide opening!)
3. Apply oil on fingertip just inside of each nostril (don't apply too far into the nostril)
4. Inhale deeply.
5. Repeat 3-4 times a day at regular intervals and before bed.
6. We also recommend nasal rinsing with our Baraka neti pot (But DON'T use our sinus oil in your neti pot!)
