Notice:
â—†The actual receivable range may highly depends on your location and distance between the antenna and broadcast tower.Areas with large obstructions will reduce effective range as in valleys, mountains,etc.Frequently scan is needed to get better signal every time when the indoor antenna is moved.
â—†Detachable antenna amplifier is not necessary if the distance between your house and the broadcast tower is within 20 miles. We do NOT Recommend to use this amplifier or booster if your house is close enough to the broadcast tower and the antenna can get a strong enough signal.
If your Indoor TV antenna is not working as expected, try the following tips:
1, Check and assure you have correctly connected the antenna to your HDTV or third-party HD receiver.
2, Re-scan for channels: In the TV's setup menu, set the mode to indoor antenna or air. Refer to the TV manual for detailed instructions.
3, Reposition the amplifier antenna in a different location. Sometimes moving a few feet can make a difference.
4, Keep the indoor antenna away from those big power consumption devices which will have interference, such as air conditioner, refrigerator and microwave oven ,etc.
5, If a signal cannot be received with the external amplifier, remove the amplifier and try again.
