Instructions:
• Remove the original insole from the shoe;
• Trim and fit with your shoes, if needed, use the original insole as a guide for replacement;
• Insert the new insoles into the shoes (do not put both the new insoles and your current insoles in the shoes at the same time as it would be too thick and wide).
Tips:
• Put the insoles in a ventilating place to keep them dry and fresh;
• Do not expose the insoles to high temperature;
• Replacing your insoles every 3 months is highly recommended by doctors.
