The workbook allows you to put into practice what you learned in the book. Even if you haven't read the book, you can still use this workbook. The workbook summarizes the 5 Second Rule and then walks you through how to use it to lose weight, worry less and stop procrastination.

This is a JOURNAL/WORKBOOK. You are expected to do work - not just read. This book consists of lined pages and journal exercises for you to chart your daily progress using the rule. This is not in anyway meant to duplicate the work of Mel Robbins. If you are not interested in tracking your progress daily, then this book is not for you.

I have completely redesigned the workbook in response to customer feedback. I take my reviews very seriously and have redesigned each page to be more visually pleasing.

The font is set at 13 point because I want all readers to be able to view the text. There are very rarely any large print journals or workbooks available and if you are like me, you struggle to read small print.

In addition, the summary of the book is intentionally brief. This book is not meant to be a summary book, but a journal to get you to take action. You can learn the 5 Second Rule in about 5 seconds. Any more is just overkill.

Mel Robbins spends a lot of time in her book sharing stories. This journal is not meant to tell other people’s stories. It is meant for you to create your own stories and write about your personal experiences. It is more of a journal than a workbook in that regard.

The entire point of this book is to help you take action and implement the 5 Second Rule in your life. There are 3 sections or journals included in the workbook - a 30 day Challenge for Weight Loss, another for Productivity and a third one on ending Anxiety. You can do them in any order.

Simply learning what the 5 Second Rule is isn’t powerful - putting it to use is!
