3 easy steps to size your new training rope
1.Stand on the middle of the jumping rope with one foot and bring the handles up to your arm pit. 2.Tighten the thumbscrews by hand and test. Optional - use a screw driver 3.Optional: if the excess cable on each side bothers you during the workout, cut the loose cable with a wire cutter. Leave at least 1 inch per side !
