How to put sports bra on
Step 1. Zip down the zipper, put on the bra on like a jacket, then zip up the zipper.
Step 2. Swoop and scoop. Leaning forward slightly, use your opposite hand to boob, and scoop the girls into the cup. Ensure all of the breast tissue is encased and there is no bulging out or gaping.
Step 3. Adjust the shoulder straps and the back hook and eye closure to the most fit. Please note that the straps should not dig in and the band should sit straight across your back and firm fit.
