Q:Why can't my Apple Watch be properly charged when it's put on the stand ?
A: The round cutout for the charger may be a little tight upon first use. Please push the charger deeper into the round holder and make sure that the edges of the chargers meet flush with the edges of the round opening.
Q:The cutout for the bumper seems to be wrong, I can't have my Apple watch bumper put properly onto my Apple watch, help!
A: Please be noted that the bumper should be installed from the BACK of the watch instead of from the FRONT. We have attached a detailed installation manual in the package that will guide you through the installation
