Troubleshooting steps
1. Please make sure all the cables are plugged in correctly, especially make the 5RCA cable plugged in correctly.
2. Sometimes there is the statics electricity between the converter and the old tv, and the static make no signal, please knock the converter on the desk, then the static can be removed.
3. Please turn off the converter and then turn on the converter again, there will be the signal.
