How to use
- For very blunt knives, first use the coarse sharpener
- Once you are done with the coarse sharpening or if the knife was only slightly dull, use the fine honing to eliminate the burrs on the blade and to polish it
- For ceramic knives, use the plating rod sharpening
- After sharpening, clean the knife with water and dry
Caution
- Not all of the sharpeners are suited for serrated knives and scissors
