This paper garland is made with 2 different sized royal blue cardstock and metallic gold PET ,stars- measuring 1 inches and 2 inches. Crown is 3 inch.and then I take all the pieces and machine sew them together with sturdy white thread in a continuous strand. I leave excess thread at each end for hanging!
