You may have heard of gel-filled worm dampeners, tennis worm dampeners, worm dampeners, or even vibration worm dampeners. These are all the same kind and SHOCKLABS is the highest quality gel-filled tennis worm dampeners on the market

SHOCKLABS Installation Instructions:

Place the tennis dampener on top of the strings underneath the last cross weave. This will help you gauge the correct starting point.

When your starting point has been selected (often the 4th or 5th string from the centre) attach one rod to the main strings (going vertically)

You are now ready to begin weaving over and under the strings until you get to the end

You will know you are done weaving when the dampener reaches its extension limit and at this point you can attach it to its nearest main string

Please note that you should check your racket after completing the setup to see if the dampener is in a centralized position on the frame. If it is slightly to the right or left this is OKAY but for a perfect job you can start over and choose a better starting point (main string) to begin weaving from. The Install will take 1-2minutes and you can rest assured that our tennis vibration dampener will stay firmly in your racket.
