If you're using a spray paint you'll want to be extra careful and ideally use a low pressure can with a thin spray cap. This will help you avoid any over spray causing the eyes of the Punisher to be blurred. Again since it's a simple stencil cut out you don't need to be an expert to get a good result, just take your time and be sure to paint it lightly so the stencil doesn't lift.
