This item is for a 2005 - 2017 Ford F450-550 19.5 inch 10 Lug Wheel Simulators Set. The price is for one set of 4 stainless steel wheel simulators including mounting hardware and installation tools (used for tightening the screws). It is a 5 hand hole and 10 lug design. These are bolt on design over the lug.

Installation:
You are not required to remove lug nuts. The simulator is placed on the wheel and jam nuts are put on to hold the simulator on.
