A graduate of the Baking and Pastry Program at The Culinary Institute of America, grand prize winner of Wilton's 2008 cake decorating contest and graduate of Wilton's Master Course in Cake Decorating and Confectionary Art, Amber has focused her confectionary talents towards educating others. Amber now produces cookie decorating video tutorials and travels the world to teach others how to make beautiful cookies on their own.
