Instruction for Use and Maintenance:
Remove the current insoles or cushion from your shoes. Place the old Insoles on top of Dr. Seth's Insoles, and trim as needed. Now place Dr. Seth's Insoles into shoes. DO NOT SIMPLY ADD ON TOP OF OLD INSOLES. If no Insoles, these are fine to sit on top of inside padding covering the top of sole from inside.
