Instruction:
1. Open package and check all product well and inluded.
2. Put the heel on the open hole.
3. Tight the velcro closure on the ankle support to a comfortable tightness.
4. Crossover and tighten the crisscross straps to the top part of ankle support.

1. As product is made from SBR, there is some smell which will fade after several wash.
2. Please consult doctor if there is any discomfortable and doubt.
3. Avoid washing mixed with other clothes in case from dyeing. Never use hot water, bleach and other strong acid wash
