"POWER: The Key to Leadership" is the essence of everything I have learned on my journey so far. Everything that I have learnt about business and how to lead people, I have learnt on my own through trial and error. This book is my attempt of sharing my insights and experiences with the people so they don't have to reinvent the wheel.

In the book, I talk about the 5 key components of Leadership. The ideas can be summarized in a single word, POWER. But I am not talking about the power that you are thinking of. POWER is a combination of 5 different qualities that a leader must possess in order to be successful at his or her job.

Once you have these five qualities and you hone them to perfection, nothing can stop you from becoming a successful leader, one who inspires his juniors and impresses his bosses.

As I go along telling you about the qualities and what you can do to cultivate them in yourself, I will share with you my own journey and how I applied these concepts in my own life to succeed at my business. Of course, I did it without really realizing it and from trial and error but now that I look back on my journey I realize how every step I took was in line with what I will be telling you in this book.
