Causes of the compressor malfunction:
If the original car compressor is damaged, it means that the original car air conditioning system has failed, the cause of the failure is as follows:
(1)Poor heat dissipation or too much refrigerant lead to high pressure and high load of the compressor, resulting in burning of the pressure plate and connecting rod components or even lock.
(2)The use of the vehicle is too long, and the compressor's aging produces the organic carbon compounds that's clogging the pipe; Or the drying bottle fails to filter the water, causing ice blockages.
(3)Pipe fittings are installed unfixed and long time swaying causes looseness and air leakage.
Replacement steps:
Please do the following steps before changing the compressor:
(1)Separate and clean all pipes in the system, pour the cleaning agent into the condenser and evaporator and soak for about 20 minutes. Then use high-pressure nitrogen to flush the cleaning agent and dirt out of the pipes. Do not clean the compressor dry bottle, liquid accumulator and the throttling tube. And ensure that there is no residual cleaning agent in the system. If necessary, run through the pipe with nitrogen desiccant.
(2)Clean the surface of the condenser and evaporator and check whether the cooling fan speed is normal.
(3)Clean or replace of the expansion valve, pipe filters and drying bottle must be replaced.
(4)Checking and calibrate the oil filling capacity and viscosity before install the compressor.
(5)Before installing the compressor, please vacuum and then filling with refrigerant and check the high and low pressure.
Generally, the normal pressure is 180-200psi and the low pressure is 30-40psi. If the pressure is abnormal, please diagnose the reason and restore it.
