Instructions
1)In a stand up mixer, mix all ingredients together.
2)Pre heat oven to 180C.
3)Prepare size and shape.
4)Pour mixture into the moulds.
5)Bake for 22 minutes, until lightly golden brown and a toothpick or skewer comes out clean.
6)Remove from oven and allow to fully cool.
7)But while the cake is still hot/warm, in a sauce pan over medium heat on the stove, combine ingredients for orange syrup; bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
8)With a large toothpick or skewer, poke several holes throughout the cake and pour the orange syrup all over the cake.
9)Enjoy!

Hint and Tip: Should you wish to make this cake healthier, feel free to substitute xylitol for sugar in the same amounts.
