The Freedom Card Deck Expansion adds 18 cards, including Abolitionist, Opposition, and Reserve Cards. The Abolitionist Cards add resolutions and supporters of the Movement for all three eras of the game, including Josiah Henson, Thomas Garrett, Anna Elizabeth Dickinson, John Parker Hale, Robert Purvis, and more. The Opposition Cards show enacted laws and regulations which helped slave States and were blows against the Abolitionist Movement. These include the Fugitive Slave Act, U.S. Marshals, and more. Finally, the Reserve Cards add pro-Abolitionist groups and ideas such as The Quakers, the Personal Liberty Laws, the Principles of '98, and more.
