Burning Test:
a)REAL HAIR
Real hair has a distinctive sulfuric odor when burning, it smells like burning feathers and the ash will be powdery.
b) SYNTHETIC HAIR
Synthetic hair will continue to burn until removed from the flame. The ash becomes a hard plastic looking bead.
