The Cloak Dock IWB Holster Mount is just one small leap for a holster company to make, but a giant leap forward for concealed carry. This holster mount allows for unparalleled convenience in daily carry, as you can mount your holster dock to nearly any surface you desire.
The Cloak Dock IWB provides a docking station for your Alien Gear IWB Holster (only Alien Gear holsters are compatible) on nearly any surface - be it furniture such as a desk, end table or dresser, drywall, metal or hard plastic such under the dashboard for use as a vehicle-mounted car holster - allowing the user to take off their gun and holster when inconvenient to carry, without any loss of access should it be needed or ability to draw.
Use is simple - simply lift the bottom of your holster's belt clip and slide over the docking tabs. Once over, they will click into place and lock the holster in the dock. Repeat the process to undock the holster.
Installation is easy as well - use your IWB holster as a template and tap pilot holes. Then install the dock using the included hardware. We include sheet metal screws, wood screws, drywall screws and anchors, and hard plastic anchor screws. We also include a 1/8" drill bit for ease of installation.
Please note that while the Cloak Dock is designed to work with any cant angle, some cant angle settings may require some adjustment. Your mileage may vary, however. We also recommend inserting your holster with the retention shell and gun facing outward - the docking will not be as secure otherwise, which will impact your draw.
