The Cross Standard Compatible Ballpoint Pen refill fits most Cross Pens, as well as many others that utilize the same refill. Please unscrew your refill and compare it to the pictures here. If they look the same then measure it and make sure it is 4.5" / 116mm long. This refill has threads on it and must be screwed into place. If your refill doesn't measure 4.5" / 116mm long and screw into place then this isn't the right refill.
