- The tablet is compatible with 4G LTE-FDD B1/B2/B3/B5/B7/B8/B20, 3G WCDMA 850/1900/2100Mhz, 2G GSM 850/900/1800/1900 Mhz network plan provided by carrier. It will work on network supported by AT&T and T-mobile, but can't work with CDMA carrier like Sprint , Verizon Wireless, etc
- When tablet can't be powered on, please charge it for 30 minutes and press on-off button for more than 30 seconds to restart it. If it didn't work, please let us know and we will send system document to flash system. When tablet keep stand by for long time, it will take a longer time to wake up operating system
