:f there are only one motor of the drone couldn't moving ,or 1 prop on the drone fails to spin up . there are something wrong with the drone parts in the transportation process. It makes cords of the motor and controller does not connect well . in this condition ,you need to put the cord or the motor back ,adjustment the motor and the cord in good condition . If all of the motors don't work well . there are must something wrong with the motors . in this way ,I think you need to replace all of the motors
