For the IOS system smartphone (Iphone), the Mic works well either in Audio or Video mode;
For the Android system smartphone,the Mic works well in Audio Mode While in video mode,please try to use a 3rd party video APP if you find your smartphone doesn't work.
This Microphone can support real-time audio monitoring while recording by using the recording software （APP） from the 3rd party.
Please don't put the device besides the heat or interference source, like radiator, Roaster or Air condition,etc
Please make sure there is a headset icon on your smartphone screen when you insert the microphone to your smartphone.
There are three modes of our microphone. 1.Audio recording mode;
Real-time audio monitor doesn't support, you can only hear voice when play back.
2.Mobile video mode;

3.Third party APP video mode.
