We don′t use 3D printed molds! Every product was produced in a specific process, so there are no mold seams visible. Molds are created and cut by hand. A custom blend of concrete is poured into the molds and it is allowed to cure. The concrete is extracted from the mold and allowed to dry. The concrete creation is then sanded to a smooth finish with a wet diamond polishing pad.
Every piece is handmade, so small irregularities in the surface are a natural and unique characteristic.
