1.Putting the antenna to a higher location like on the wall, better close to the window and no obstacles between your home and Towers, and keep re-scan channels after moving the antenna. Sometimes moving a few feet can make big difference.
2. Make sure you are using a HD receiver; otherwise no HD channels can be picked up. Please read receiver manual
3. You need to retune your Freeview TVs and digital receiver from time to time to ensure you are receiving all available services. Retuning takes only a few minutes and can be done with your remote control.
4. Channels reception depends on what's being broadcast towers in your area. Addresses in valleys or areas with large obstructions such as mountains, buildings, etc will reduce effective range.
