PessaryAssistant was invented to help Place & Remove Vaginal Ring Pessaries. The PessaryAssist side helps hold a folded-ring-pessary in preparation for placement. The PessaryHook side helps retrieve a ring-pessary from the vaginal canal. PessaryAssistant-PROFESSIONAL was the original design. It is a bit thicker & was designed for use in a Doctor's office or Surgery center because it can be autoclaved. But PessaryAssistant-PERSONAL can also be autoclaved. And because it is a bit thinner & lighter (so easier to handle) & less expensive ($19), it is ideal for Personal use at home or in a Doctor's office or Surgery center.
