Hand Sculpted by American Artists and then Hand Cast in Antique Lead Free Fine English Pewter by G.G. Harris, this Skull lapel pin really stands the true test of hand crafted and made in America. The Antiqued Pewter versions are first cast by hand in a detailed process then Antiqued to give a truly wonderful look. The Copper versions are electroplated in copper and then antiqued by hand to show every detail. The gold versions are electroplated in 24K Gold and then hand polished for a beautiful shine. Our Hand Painted items are painted by hand in a truly amazing and unique fashion and then coated in acrylic to ensure a forever shine and nick free wearable portrait. Each Miniature Lapel Pin, as well as our Tie Tacks, are single tack style backs, with a butterfly clutch included. With our miniature pins, the tack back is approximately 8mm long, whereas the tie tack lengths are approximately 10mm long to provide the extra length for ties and suits, as tie tacks should have a bit longer tack. The Miniature pins, come with just a clutch for the tack backing, and the tie tacks include the same clutch but also provide the tie bar and chain to keep the tie in place.
