How to use:
1. Put in a nasal rinse mix.
2. Pour into warm water(about 37°C) to 500ml.
3. Close cap and shake(Be sure to select the child nasal wash nozzle for children. Children cannot use adult nozzle)
4. Start nasal wash. Breathe through your mouth.
