Trouble Shooting:
1. Magnet is not strong
a. updating: our factory kept updating our products, the magnet in the beginning is truly not strong enough, which was made by two pieces of magnets and we received lots of feedback about this before. We started updating the magnetic in one piece which will reinforce the magnetic force 3 times and completed on late Dec, according to customers' needs, we are going to keep improving the products.

b. Product using method: it will not be good for cell phone if the magnet is too strong, magnet field will interfere cell phone parts and communications which is definitely harmful to cell phones. Besides this side, the correct method of using is try not to twist the head part when charging and keep head part cable straight. In this way, the magnetic force could easily pull up the cell phone itself. This one will also be republished on our detail page, which could tell customers how to correctly use it.

2.Defective rateIn fact many of the problems mentioned above are from defective rate. From the origin part, we will also reinforce our quality control in factory, to check every single one of the item, to ensure them performed normally in customers' hands.
