What is Earthing/Grounding?
Earthing involves coupling your body to the Earth's eternal and gently surface energies. It means walking barefoot outside also sitting, working or sleeping inside while connected to a conductive device that delivers the natural healing energy of the Earth into your body.

Conductive fabric in white/gray diamond pattern, made of 87% polyester, 13% gray BASF Resistant (carbon) fibers woven right into the fabric. Conductivity will hold up to 50 low-heat hand-washing. The edges are reinforced with silky ribbon and stitched with over-lock pattern to prevent thread unraveling and rollups. 15 inches of extra cotton material sewed onto each end of the sheet to tuck in and hold in place.
Kit includes:
-15 ft black grounding snap on/off cord, which plugs into US standard grounded port of house outlet.
-Receptacle tester for outlet ground wire connection.
-Instructions on how to get maximum results.
NOTE:This product does not include grounding rod for outside use. Stainless Steel rod can be purchased.
